Out & About Youth Hangout - Masqueerade

Location: Prince George Public Library - Nechako Branch, 6547 John Hart Highway, Prince George

A collaboration between Northern BC Queer Connection Society and Prince George Pride Society.

Make a mask. Make some art. Grab some food. Hang out. Be yourself.

Out & About is a chill, creative hangout for youth ages 13–18. Join us at the Prince George Public Library, with sessions rotating between library branches, for good times, good snacks, and a chance to meet other awesome people.

For our Masqueerade events this September and October, we’re making masquerade masks! Go glam, go weird, go spooky, go totally over-the-top! It's your mask, your rules.

You don’t have to be “good at art" or even know anyone when you show up. Come make something, work on your own project, play around with the supplies, eat some snacks, or just chill and hang out.

Out & About is for queer, trans, Two-Spirit, non-binary, questioning youth and allies.

Come solo. Bring a friend. Bring your project. Or bring absolutely nothing but yourself.

No pressure. No judgment. Just come hang out!
