Foundations of 2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusivity

QMUNITY’s education program delivers nonjudgmental experiential training and workshops for individuals, service providers, and organizations that want help making their organizations more inclusive for all members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Through this program, you’ll embark on a journey to engage with the complexities of gender, sexuality, intersectionality, implicit bias, and conflict resolution at a comfortable pace.

This all-online self-guided course is the perfect option for those interested in learning more about queer inclusivity and/or staying up-to-date on the most recent developments in how we understand sexuality, attraction, and gender in society.

The modules in “Foundations of 2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusivity” focus on the importance of advocacy and allyship in a Canadian context, reviewing key terminology, addressing the long-held history of 2SLGBTQIA+ peoples across the globe, intersectionality, and the erasure of queer culture and identities.
